Former NFL linebacker Mychal Kendricks who was released from the Cleveland Browns recently, and helped the Philadelphia Eagles win Super Bowl 52, has pleaded guilty to insider trading, according to the Philadelpha Inquirer.
Kendricks could be sentenced in December, facing up to 25 years in prison.
Following the announcement of the charges against him, Kendricks released the following statement:
