Aaron Rodgers Carted Off Field vs. Vikings, May Miss Rest of Season

2 Min Read

Down in Minneapolis, Minnesota, an NFC North battle was underway. On the Minnesota Vikings first possession, they scored the first touchdown of the game. Then the Packers came onto the field. Early on, Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers was teaching the Vikings’ a thing or two when on a 2nd and 9 at the Packers’ 39-yard line, Rodgers was part of a defense sandwich. When looking at the replay, it shows one of the Minnesota Vikings defenders laying on top of Aaron Rodgers’ clavicle

Before getting carted off the field, Rodgers was doing well. He went for 2-4, 18 yards. In Rodgers place was quarterback Brett Hundley. When he was inserted into the game, he went for 18-33, 157 yards, TD, 3 INT.

According to many sources around the National Football League, Rodgers maybe missing the remainder of the 2017 season. But, this is not the first time Aaron Rodgers has had a clavicle injury. During the 2012 season, he had the same injury and only missed about seven weeks.

Aaron Rodgers Injury is just the latest player going down. As for the team itself, it will be a struggle just to get a win. When Aaron Rodgers is out on the field, the Green Bay Packers are 42-19. However, when he’s not on the field, the Packers are just a measly 2-8-1.

Heading down the home stretch of the 2017 regular season, the Green Bay Packers still have the New Orleans Saints, who just put 50+ points on the board against Detroit. After the saints, they get a well-needed bye week before they face Matthew Staford and the Detroit Lions. Minus the Week 14 matchup against the Cleveland Browns, the Green Bay Packers have to face the Lions one more time, the Bears again, and they also have to face the Steelers, Ravens, Buccaneers, and the Carolina Panthers.
