20 weeks ago, 32 teams had the dream of heading to Minnesota for Super Bowl LII. After three playoff games, we are down to two teams.

Representing the AFC is the New England Patriots. They won their two playoffs games against the Buffalo Bills and the Jacksonville Jaguars. On the other side of the field is the NFC champions Philadelphia Eagles. For the Eagles to keep their wings in the air, they defeated the Atlanta Falcons and the Minnesota Vikings.

At the beginning of the game, both teams got on the board with a field goal tieing things up at three apiece. Then after a 9-play drive that went for 67 yards by the Patriots, the Eagles have control of the ball. With 3:31 to go in the quarter, the Eagles are facing a 2nd and 3 on their own 30-yard line. Thanks to quarterback Nick Foles deep pass to Jeffe34-yard34 yard touchdown. putting the Eagles in front 9-3. Unfortunately, the Eagles missed the extra point. After the first quarter, the Philadelphia Eagles are in the lead 9-3.

In the second quarter, the Philadelphia Eagles and the New England Patriots were exchanging drives. Then on a 1st and 10 play by the Patriots with over 8 minutes to go in the half, running back for the Eagles Lugarrett Blunt ran it into the endzone for a 21-yard touchdown. The Eagles would then go for the 2-point conversion and missed for putting the score 15-3.

With Tom Brady at quarterback for the Patriots, he would be rebound and score a touchdown with 7:28 seconds in the half. The score would is now Philadelphia Eagles 15, New England Patriots 12. As halftime approached, both teams exchanged scores and when the clock struck zero, the Eagles would go into halftime with a 22-12 lead.

After an energetic third quarter, three points separate the two teams as the Eagles continued to lead 26-23. Now, all that remains is the important fourth quarter.

In the fourth quarter, the game was coming down to the wire. With 2:16 seconds remaining in the season, Tom Brady, had the game in his hands. Then, in a blink of an eye, it was taken away as that fumble was virtually the nail in the coffin. The final score in Super Bowl LII, the Philadelphia Eagles defeated the New England Patriots 41-33 earning them their first Super Bowl title in franchise history.

Your Super Bowl LII MVP is Nick Foles, quarterback of the Philadelphia Eagles. He finished the night with 22 completions.  He passed 214 yards and threw one touchdown.
