Panthers’ Greg Olsen Auditioning For ESPN

1 Min Read

Carolina Panters’ tight end Greg Olsen is looking to plan for his career after football and build off a successful stint calling an NFL game for FOX last season.

According to ESPN’s Andrew Marchand, the veteran tight end is currently in Bristol, Connecticut auditioning to be an analyst on ESPN’s Monday Night Football team.

Olseon may also be in the mix for a gig with FOX’s Thursday Night Football should Peyton Manning turn down their job offer.

Panthers officials are aware that Olsen is auditioning with ESPN, but view it as Olsen, 33, simply planning for his career after his playing career is over, according to ESPN’s David Newton.
