How will Nick Foles injury impact the Eagles backup QB position?

Last night, the preseason continued as the Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles traveled to New England to face Tom Brady & the Patriots.

With Patriots quarterback Tom Brady playing the entire first half, helped the Patriots rack up some major points. Long story short, the New England Patriots defeated the Philadelphia Eagles 34-20.

For Eagles fans, the losing a preseason game is not the only thing they lost during the game. Thanks to Patriots player Adrian Clayborn injured backup quarterback Nick Foles throwing arm on a strip sack for a touchdown.

Up until the injury, Foles went 9/3, 44 yards. Reports are that it is a solder strain and at the moment he’s day-to-day.

The Philadelphia Eagles third preseason game is in Cleveland this Thursday on FOX. Make sure you check your local listings.
