Saints’ Carl Granderson Sentenced to Six Months in Jail

1 Min Read

New Orleans Saints rookie defensive end Carl Granderson has been sentenced to six months in jail, according to The Casper Star-Tribune.

Granderson was set to serve a year of probation via a plea deal reached by both Granderson’s legal team and prosecutors, however a Wyoming judge decided to go against the agreement.

The Saints signed Granderson as an undrafted free agent, and were aware of his pending trial, but this may lead to his release.
