Wizards Rejecting All Offers for Bradley Beal

1 Min Read

The Washington Wizards aren’t interested in trading superstar Bradley Beal anytime soon, if at all, and have rejected all offers for the star, according to the Miami Herald’s Barry Jackson.

Beal, 26, averaged 25.6 points, 5.5 assists, 5.0 rebounds and 1.5 steals per game last season, and has been heavily linked to trade rumors as the Wizards have seen some noticeable roster turnover over the past year.

Washington is trying to move John Wall, but he may be impossible to move given his remaining $171.1 million and four years left on his deal, and his injury history.

The Wizards will be taking a risk by holding on to Beal, who could leave as a free agent if he decides not to sign a contract extension with Washington.

Things can change dramatically if Beal doesn’t ink an extension this offseason, which could force Washington’s hand, leading the team to trade their franchise cornerstone.
