Cardinals, Michael Crabtree Cannot Agree to Terms
A deal that would have seen veteran wide receiver Michael Crabtree ink a deal with the Arizona Cardinals fell through after the two sides failed to agree on terms, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Crabtree, 31, was released by the Baltimore Ravens back in February after inking a three-year, $21 million deal back in 2018.
Crabtree was brought in by the Ravens to provide solid, consistent pass catching ability, but had a lackluster season marred by an NFL leading 8 drops, finishing the season with 54 receptions, 607 yards, and 5 touchdowns.
While Crabtree received an offer from the Cardinals, the two sides were unable to work out a deal and Crabtree will again scour the free agent market to find a new team.
