Former NBA player Sebastian Telfair was sentenced to 3 1/2 years in prison for possessing an illegal firearm in 2017, according to TMZ Sports.
Telfair, 34, was arrested back in June 2017 in Brooklyn, New York, when police found an arsenal of weapons in his car during a traffic stop, saying that Telfair had 3 pistols and what appeared to be a semi-automatic rifle within that arsenal.
Telfair was convicted, back in April, of one count of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and was originally facing up to 15 years behind bars.
