Oakland Raiders superstar wide receiver Antonio Brown is scheduled to see a foot specialist, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Brown is slated to see the specialist sometime on Saturday, and it is not considered any type of long-term injury for the wide out.
Brown began Raiders’ camp on the non-football injury list with an undisclosed injury. Brown participated in a pre-practice walk through last Sunday and was limited in practice on Tuesday.
Brown later posted a picture of the bottom of his feel which showed blisters and peeling, and he was not on the practice field on either Thursday or Friday.
“I think we’re all disappointed,” Raiders head coach Jon Gruden said on Friday. “We think he’s disappointed. We’d like to get the party started. We’d like to get him out here. He’s a big part of the team.
“But for the time being we’re going to continue to work hard and we’re seeing the development of some other receivers we’re excited about.”
