Raiders Release Antonio Brown

The Oakland Raiders have had enough of superstar wide receiver Antonio Brown, who has been an absolute nightmare since joining the Raiders, via trade, a few months back.

According to an official team announcement, the Raiders have released Brown.

Brown will now have to hope another team takes a chance on him in free agency, but he is likely not going to attract the big money that the Raiders were willing to give him after a tumultuous tenure.

“Now that Antonio is a free agent, we are focused on the future and I will immediately work on signing him to a new team,” Brown’s agent Drew Rosenhaus said in a statement.

“Antonio is looking forward to a new beginning.”
