The Raiders played their final game in Oakland ahead of their move to Las Vegas in 2020, and the end of their run in Oakland was met with boos, thrown food, and fans rushing the field following another disappointing defeat, a sad end to their story in Oakland.
The Raiders’ 20-16 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday was over-shadowed by Raider fans who, following the game, showered boos down on Raiders’ quarterback Derek Carr, threw food, and even rushed the field.
The Raiders will head to Las Vegas following the season in a relocation that has left many in Oakland bitter and angry, and those emotions spilled over on Sunday.
