The Toronto Blue Jays are expected to play the majority of their “home games” for the upcoming MLB season at PNC Park in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, according to ESPN.
The move was made after federal officials in Canada refused to let the team host games at the Rogers Centre. An official announcement is pending the state of Pennsylvania’s approval, according to SportsNet.
The Blue Jays open the season on Friday at Tampa Bay against the Rays.
