The Boston Celtics will be without forward Gordon Hayward for around four weeks due to a Grade III sprains of this right ankle, according to ESPN.

Hayward suffered the injury during the Celtics’ Game 1 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers on Monday, being forced to exit the game during the fourth quarter.

Now, the Celtics will have to find a way to move forward without one of their top scorers.
