Jaguars’ Josh Oliver Undergoes Surgery for Broken Bone in Foot

Jacksonville Jaguars have officially placed tight end Josh Oliver on the injured reserve after he underwent surgery to repair a broken bone in his left foot.

Oliver is no stranger to being sidelined, as he was limited to just four games as a rookie during the 2019 seasons due to hamstring and back injuries.

According to ESPN’s Michael DiRocco, Oliver suffered the injury while running drills during practice on Sunday. Oliver had been in a competition to backup starting tight end Tyler Eifert, whom the team landed during free agency this past offseason.
