Patriots Activate Sony Michel From PUP

The New England Patriots have activated running back Sony Michel from the physically unable to perform (PUP) list on Wednesday.

Michel, who underwent foot surgery earlier this year, is still questionable for the start of New England’s regular season, and will now join a unit that includes the recently signed Lamar Miller, James White, Rex Burkhead, and Damien Harris.

The 25-year old Michel has undergone surgery in each of the last three offseasons, with knee surgeries being performed in 2018 and again in 2019.
