Texans, Zach Cunningham Agree to $58 Million Contract Extension

The Houston Texans and linebacker Zach Cunningham has agrees to a four-year, $58 million contract extension, according to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport.

Per the new deal, Cunningham will earn an annual salary of $14.5 million and will be under team control through the 2024 season.

Cunningham registered 142 stops, two sacks, and two passes defensed last season for the Texans, and has been a staple of their defensive unit since the Texans drafted him in the 2017 NFL Draft.
