The Tennessee Titans have agreed to terms with free agent veteran quarterback Trevor Siemian, according to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport.
Siemian worked out for the Titans earlier this week along with fellow free agent signal caller DeShone Kizer, running back D’Onta Foreman, and tight end Geoff Swaim.
According to the Houston Chronicle’s Aaron Wilson, the Titans have also signed Swain.
In a corresponding move to the addition of Siemian, the Titans have cut rookie Cole McDonald, whom they drafted in the seventh-round of the 2020 NFL Draft.
