Vikings Pause Contract Talks with Dalvin Cook

The Minnesota Vikings have paused the contract negotiations with running back Dalvin Cook, according to NFL Network insider Tom Pelissero.

While the contract negotiations could certainly resume at any point during the 2020 regular season, Cook has said that he is focusing on the season ahead.

Cook is entering the final year of his rookie contract and is one of the Vikings’ most valuable and productive offensive weapons, and has expressed his desire to remain in Minnesota.
