Washington’s Matt Ioannidis Out For The Year

1 Min Read

The Washington Football Team will be without veteran defensive end Matt Ioannidis for the rest of the season due to a torn bicep, according to NFL Network insider Mike Garafolo.

It’s a big loss for Washington, as Ioannidis has proven to be a very productive interior pass-rusher, and with Chase Young’s groin injury up in the air, Washington could be in serious danger along their defensive line.

Ioannidis collected 8.5 sacks for Washington last season.
