The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have re-structured the contract of veteran offensive lineman Ali Marpet, according to ESPN’s Field Yates.

Marpet had signed a five-year, $55 million contract extension with the Bucs back in 2018, which included $27.125 million in guarantees.

The Bucs have now converted a portion of his salary into a signing bonus, giving them an additional $4.125 million in available cap space this season.
