New York Jets signal caller Sam Darnold may be forced to miss some time, and the Jets are expected to hold Darnold out of their upcoming game against the Arizona Cardinals, according to the New York Daily News’ Manish Mehta.
Some within the organization believe that it’s best to be cautious with Darnold’s AC joint-sprain, despite him being able to finish last week’s game against the Denver Broncos.
With Darnold out, the Jets are expected to turn to veteran Joe Flacco, who was recently cleared to play, for their game against Arizona.
