Packers Place Christian Kirksey On IR

The Green Bay Packers have placed veteran inside linebacker Christian Kirksey on the injured reserve, according to ESPN’s Rob Demovsky.

Kirksey, 28, suffered a shoulder injury during the Packers’ Week 3 victory over the New Orleans Saints on Sunday Night football.

Kirksey inked a two-year, $13 million contract with the Packers during free agency, and has notched 18 solo tackles for Green bay this season.
