Bengals Claim Takk McKinley

The Cincinnati Bengals have claimed former Atlanta Falcons edge rusher Takk McKinley, who was recently released from the team.

McKinley has been a major disappointment since the Falcons selected him in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft, and declined the fifth-year option on his rookie contract, which expires as the end of the 2020 season.

The Falcons released McKinley after they were unsuccessful in finding a trade for him leading up to the NFL trade deadline this season.

McKinley has collected 17.5 sacks during his career, and only 1 sack this season.
