Browns Place Baker Mayfield on Reserve/COVID-19 List

The Cleveland Browns have placed quarterback Baker Mayfield on the reserve/COVID-19 list but has not tested positive, according to NFL Network insider Mike Garafolo.

Mayfield was reportedly placed on the list because of a high-risk contact situation, and should he continue to test negative there is a chance he could return to practice by Wednesday the earliest.

With Mayfield out, the Browns will start Case Keenum under center in Week 10.
