Chargers Place Justin Jackson On IR

The Los Angeles Chargers have placed running back Justin Jackson in the injured reserve list on Saturday, adding to their continued issues in the backfield this season.

The Chargers are also still without Austin Ekeler, who is also on the injured reserve list, and now Jackson is out with a knee injury.

In a corresponding move, the Chargers promoted veteran running back Kalen Ballage from their practice squad, and will join a rotation that includes Joshua Kelley and Troymaine Pope as the Chargers take on the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.
