NBA
Hawks Targeting Danilo Gallinari, Rajon Rondo

The Atlanta Hawks are gearing up to be an active shopper in the upcoming free agent market and at least two players are being linked to the team.
According to Kevin O’Connor of The Ringer, Oklahoma City Thunder forward Danilo Gallinari is expected to draw interest from the Hawks, and that the team plans to sign him as soon as free agency opens on Friday.
Gallinari, 32, averaged 18.7 points and 5.2 rebounds per game for the Thunder last season.
According to the New York Times’ Marc Stein, the Hawks will also be interested in Los Angeles Lakers point guard Rajon Rondo, and plan to offer a contract in the range of $15 million over two years to the veteran guard.
Rondo was a key contributor for the NBA champion Lakers last season.
