Saints Emmanuel Sanders Expected Back in Week 9

The New Orleans Saints will see the return of veteran wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders, who was placed on their reserve/COVID-19 list, next week, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Sanders will join a number of returning players, including superstar wide receiver Michael Thomas, who is expected back from a hamstring injury as the Saints take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 9.

Sanders has been a favorite target for quarterback Drew Brees this season, and valuable during the absence of Michael Thomas.
