The Seattle Seahawks has signed veteran running back Alex Collins to their practice squad, according to an official team announcement.

Collins now joins veteran linebacker Mychal Kendricks on the Seahawks practice squad. Kendricks made his return to Seattle earlier this week.

Collins worked out for the Seahawks back in January, and started his NFL career with the organization as a fifth-round draft pick back in 2016, but was waived following his rookie season.

Collins broke out during the 2017 season as the starter for the Baltimore Ravens where he rushed for 973 yards and 6 touchdowns over 15 games. However, injuries and off-field issues derailed his career with the Ravens.
