Teddy Bridgewater Knee Injury Not as Serious as Initially Thought


Carolina Panthers quarterback Teddy Bridgewater suffered a knee injury during Sunday’s blowout loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but it is reportedly not as serous as initially thought, according to ESPN’s Chris Mortensen.
According to the report, Bridgewater is dealing with some soreness and swelling, and given his injury history it is likely that the Panthers will proceed with caution regarding his playing status.
Bridgewater has played in 10 games for Carolina this season, throwing for 2,552 yards with 13 touchdowns against 7 interceptions.
