The Tennessee Titans have placed veteran pass rusher Jadeveon Clowney on the injured reserve list due to a knee injury, the same one that kept him out of last week’s game against the Baltimore Ravens.
Clowney also missed Week 8’s game, but was able to play in the past two games for the Titans. Clowney inked a one-year, $13 million deal with Tennessee back over the summer, but it has not gone as the team has hoped.
Clowney was considering meniscus surgery earlier this month, but ultimately decided to return to the lineup, but he may need to reconsider.
Clowney has not registered a sack for the Titans this season, and has not recorded one since last season.
