Italian futbol club AC Milan has officially launched their own channel to join the millions of twitch channels streaming on Aamzon owned video game streaming platform Twitch.
AC Milan now join other teams and new sports content creators such as Real Madrid, Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal on the popular streaming platform, adding more content to the growing sports content currently available on Twitch, and making twitch news headlines in the process.
Fans of AC Milan can tune in and find content from their men’s and women’s first teams, youth sector, legends and archive, all specifically adapted for the Twitch streaming platform.
“The launch of AC Milan’s official channel on Twitch is another important brand-new step in the club’s digitization process: our aim is to connect, bring together and thrill the more than 450 million Rossoneri fans all over the world” Lamberto Siega, Marketing and Digital Director AC Milan, said in an official statement.
“We are convinced that this is the right path to make AC Milan both a sports icon and a benchmark in entertainment and digital innovation.”
