Bears Could Move On from Matt Nagy, Ryan Pace

1 Min Read

The Chicago Bears could be looking to make some sweeping changes during the offseason, as both head coach Ryan Pace and general manager Ryan Pace are facing uncertain futures in Chicago, according to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport.

Nagy appears to be on his way out, as reports popped up last week that the organization is looking more likely at firing Nagy at the conclusion of the season.

The Bears started out 5-1 on the season, but have crumbled since, and Nagy has been consistently criticized for his performance leading the team, despite bringing home Coach of the Year honors back in 2018, following his first season at the helm.

Pace has been the Bears’ general manager since 2015, but results have been mixed at best, but will forever be known for drafting quarterback Mitchell Trubisky over the likes of Deshaun Watson and Patrick Mahomes in the 2017 NFL Draft.
