Now that quarterback Deshaun Watson has officially requested a trade, the teams are lining up to work out a deal that will land them the veteran superstar.
According to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport, among the teams interested in Watson. The New York Jets and the Miami Dolphins have been connected to Watson, who has a no trade clause.
Both the Jets and the Dolphins have more trade ammunition to entice the Texans in a trade, and the Panthers aren’t exactly flush with cap space.
However, the Panthers boast players such as running back Christian McCaffrey and wide receiver D.J. Moore, which could be appealing for someone like Watson.
