Victor Oladipo Looking Forward to “Special Days” with Rockets

At first, Houston Rockets guard Victor Oladipo seemed to be looking for a trade out of Houston, almost immediately following his arrival via the James Harden blockbuster trade that went down last week.

But now it appears Oladipo is interested in sticking around.

Oladipo made his Rockets debut on Monday as the Rockets dropped a close game to the Chicago Bulls 125-120, and put in a solid performance scoring 32 points, 5 rebounds, 9 assists and a pair of steals in the losing effort.

After the great debut, Oladipo seems excited about what the future holds for him with the Rockets.

“I know that better days are ahead for the Houston Rockets, and I’m looking forward to being a part of those special days” Oladipo said following the game, according to ESPN’s Tim MacMahon.
