The Washington Football Team’s re-branding journey will go on for another year, and the team has launched a new website that will allow fans to submit their ideas for a new team name, their reasons for choosing that name, and their proposed logo/uniform, according to Pro Football Talk’s Mike Florio.

The team announced that they will operate for another season under the WFT moniker, adding that they expect to have a new name by 2022. The report adds that should Washington win the Super Bowl next season there may be a push to keep the Washington Football Team name.

The new website that was launched is called WashingtonJourney.com, and it lists some of the “featured submissions” which currently includes the Washington Rhinos, the Washington Justice, and the Washington Redtails.
