Phoenix Suns guard Chris Paul has been placed in the NBA’s health and safety protocols and has been ruled out indefinitely putting his availability for the Western Conference Finals up in the air, according to ESPN.

If Paul is already vaccinated against COVID-19 it can shorten his stay in the protocol.

The Athletic first reported Wednesday that Paul would be sidelined indefinitely as a result of entering the league’s ever-evolving protocols.
