CJ Perry, formerly known as Lana, was a recent guest on “Talk is Jericho” and made several newsworthy comments regarding her time and departure from WWE.
Lana touched on a range of topics such as inconsistencies with creative, working with Vince McMahon, her passion for wrestling, but it was the closing dialogue between Lana and Chris Jericho that may have shed some light on what’s next for the Ravishing Russian. Chris Jericho- “Well we’re (AEW) all excited about your future endeavors for sure.”
CJ Perry- “Whoa! Me too!
Chris Jericho- “Goodbye Lana, hello CJ or whatever name you have in the future.”
CJ Perry- “Yeah, I’m trying to figure that one out.”
Take that for what you will, but Chris Jericho pretty much let the cat out of the bag that when Lana’s 90-day no compete clause expires with WWE, she will sign a deal with AEW. Let us know what you guys think about the possibility of CJ Perry signing with AEW?
