The Green Bay Packers have placed All-Pro left tackle David Bakhtiari on the physically unable to perform list while the organization makes its roster cuts on Tuesday, according to ESPN’s Rob Demovsky.
Bakhtiari, a five-time All Pro and protector of the blind side of Aaron Rodgers, tore his ACL during practice back on December 31st, and will now be eligible to play on October 24th, when the Packers take on the Washington Football Team.
Bakhtiari is the only tackle in the NFL to earn either first- or second-team recognition in each of the last five seasons.
