Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow believes that the team’s low COVID-19 totals are due to the team’s lack of nightlife, and having limited nightlife options in the city of Cincinnati, according to ESPN’s Ben Baby.

“Fortunately, there’s not a ton to do in Cincinnati,” Burrow said on Wednesday. “Nobody is going out to clubs and bars and getting COVID every weekend. But we’ve been healthy.”

The Bengals are currently 8-6 on the season and have just one player on the reserve/COVID-19 list, cornerback Chidobe Awuzie.

“We’re still a healthy team, which not a lot of people can say at this point of the season,” Burrow said. “We’ve been lucky as far as injuries and COVID.”
