Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow is still recovering from their loss in Super Bowl LVI to the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday, but says that the team will celebrate their incredible season and use their Super Bowl loss as motivation for next season.

“We have to let if fuel us,” Burrow said after the game, according to ESPN’s Ben Baby. “We are going to at least celebrate what we did this year.”

Burrow was sacked seven times, with six of those coming in the second half, and it appeared as though he hurt his right knee during a sack in the third quarter. Burrow says that his knee will be evaluated when the Bengals return home to Cincinnati.

“I wasn’t coming out [of the Super Bowl],” Burrow said.

Burrow finished with 263 yards with one touchdown and no interceptions.

“These playoff games weren’t easy,” Bengals coach Zac Taylor said. “And even beyond that, we had some tough games, and our guys proved that they can do a lot of great in those situations and put us in these moments. And you just have to continue to build off that.”
