Panthers’ Haason Reddick Likely Heading to Free Agency

The Carolina Panthers made a splash in free agency last year when they signed former Arizona Cardinals linebacker Haason Reddick, but it appears that he is set to hit unrestricted free agency a year later.
According to NFL Network’s Cameron Wolfe, Panthers general manager Scott Fitterer “anticipates” the pass rusher testing free agency. Fitterer stated that if Reddick secures a lucrative contract elsewhere that the organization will be “happy for him.”
Reddick, 27, inked a one-year, $8 million contract with Carolina last season and went on to notch 68 tackles, including 12 for a loss, 11 sacks over 16 games.
