Fortnite Brings In John Cena On July 28th

2 Min Read

Fortnite is set to bring in WWE legend and Hollywood star John Cena, showcasing another example of the chemistry between WWE and Epic Games.

Epic Games made the announcement via their official website, and later shared on social media, detailing that Cena will be available in the item shop later this week on Thursday, July 28th at 8:00 pm ET.

Cena’s new outfit comes with entrance gear and in-ring attire, and the inclusion comes off the heels of WWE celebrating his 20th anniversary with the company earlier this summer. The event is certainly going to attract many sports content creators to jump into the action, which is part of Fortnite’s “Epic SummerSlam” partnership with WWE. The marketing endeavor is an excellent form of Influencer Marketing and Sports SEO, in some aspects.

WWE superstars will be jumping into other games, such as Rocket League and Fall Guys.

It was announced earlier today that WWE superstars Asuka, Xavier Woods, and WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker will jump in the Fall Guys arena on July 28th.

Additionally, Cena and Roman Reigns will be jumping into Rocket League on July 28th as well.

Make sure to pop up your favorite Twitch streams and YouTube channels to catch all the action, and jump into the game yourself!
