Jaguars’ James Robinson Could Resume Normal Workload

1 Min Read

The Jacksonville Jaguars may have one formidable one-two punch in their backfield for the 2022 season, with veteran James Robinson looking good as he makes his return from a torn Achilles, and Travis Etiene back to full strength as well.

In fact, Robinson is looking like a go as the Jags kickoff the 2022 season later this Sunday, and fantasy owners will need to pay attention to Robinson moving forward, as he is expected to resume his normal workload.

“I think he’s there. I think he’s back” Jags head coach Doug Pederson said of Robinson, adding that he doesn’t rule Robinson out from having a normal workload, according to ESPN’s Michela DiRocco.

Robinson rushed for 1,070 yards and seven touchdowns on 240 carries during the 2020 season, and then following it up with 767 rushing yards and 8 touchdowns in 2022.
