Nets’ Kevin Durant to Be Reassessed in Two Weeks

The Brooklyn Nets shared a promising medical update regarding superstar forward Kevin Durant’s right MCL sprain after Durant was reevaluated earlier this week by Dr. Riley Williams III and doctors being pleased with his progress.

According to an official team announcement: “Kevin Durant’s right MCL sprain was reevaluated yesterday by Dr. Rile Williams III at the Hospital for Special Surgery. Dr. Williams is very pleased with Durant’s recovery thus far, and his is progressing well as expected. Durant will continue to strengthen his knee and being running and on-court basketball activities this week. He is scheduled to be reassessed in another two weeks.

Durant is averaging 29.7 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 5.3 assists on 55% shooting from the field this season for the Nets.
