Patriots’ Drake Maye Frustrated Following Loss to Cardinals

Drake Maye is frustrated

New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye is frustrated with the Patriots ugly 30-17 loss to the Arizona Cardinals despite being one of the only bright spots for a New England team that looked completely outmatched.

Maye finished throwing for 202 yards to go with a touchdown and an interception, but also chipped in 14 yards on the ground and another score.

“It wears on you, for sure” Maye said of the loss, according to ESPN’s Mike Reiss. “It’s frustrating. A long flight back and you can’t do anything else but just think about the game. Watch the game on your iPad and think about ways I could maybe, throughout the week, talk to a guy that can make a difference in the game.”

Maye and the Pats will look to rebound next week and build upon his rookie season.
