Minnesota Timberwolves guard Donte DiVicenzo is out indefinitely after suffering a Grade 3 left tow strain and will now receive additional opinions in the near future, according to an official team announcement.
“It’s indefinite at this stage,” Minnesota coach Chris Finch said on Monday. We’re still waiting to gather more information, and what the procedure will be.”
According to ESPN’s Shams Charania, DiVincenzo’s foot has been placed in a boot.
DiVincenzo, who is in his first year in Minnesota following a trade from the New York Knicks, is averaging 11 points, 3.7 rebounds and 3.6 assists this season for the Wolves.
