Philadelphia Eagles defensive end Chris Long is not happy about the new rule implemented by the NFL in regards to anthem protests, saying “this is not patriotism” as he bashed the rule that was announced on Wednesday.

The NFLPA also responded harshly to the implementation of the rule, vowing to fight it tooth and nail with the league in what could line up as a lengthy battle.
