LeBron James 17th Highest-Paid Celebrity, Top In Basketball

Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James just inked a four-year, $153M deal and now ranks among the Top 20 highest paid celebrities in the latest Forbes Magazine report.

Floyd Mayweather ranks #1, pulling $285M in earnings, while James ranks in at #17 at $85.5M, the tops among all basketball players.

Forbes Sports Money will likely follow up on the list, but the Forbes ranking shows just how viable the LeBron brand is, and should grow to new heights how that he is stationed in Los Angeles.

Stephen Curry (No. 24 in the list) and Kevin Durant (No. 43) also cracked the top-50 list.
