Heat Unveil New Version of Miami Vice Uniforms

1 Min Read

The Miami Heat have unveiled a new version of the best-selling third jersey in NBA history “Miami Vice”.

The Heat officially unveiled the new version of the popular uniform on Monday morning.

The overall popularity of the jerseys was far more than expected, and Nike couldn’t keep up with the demand.

This year, they promise to be ready.

“We’re ready to meet demand this time,” Heat chief marketing officer Michael McCullough said, according to ESPN’s Darren Rovell. “We have four locations in town for fans to buy, and anyone who orders online will see the traditional delivery time this year.”

McCollough says there will be 14 “Vice Night” games which will see the team wear the jersey this season.

“The entire campaign drives that brand message,” McCullough said. “The more people think that your brand is cool, that what you are wearing is cool, that the arena decor is cool, the more people want to be in your building.”
